By creating an account you agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and only with video content you have the rights to process.
An account and available paid credit are required to use the tools. Top-ups are one-time payments in GBP, with a minimum of £5. Every £1 paid adds £1 of credit. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.
Usage charges cover AI processing, rendering, storage and delivery. Charges vary with video length, clip count, processing work and file transfers. Confirmed charges are recorded in your account and tracked more precisely than the penny-rounded amounts displayed.
You authorise a maximum spend before creating each cloud project. That amount is reserved across your account. Confirmed work is charged even if a later step fails; unused reservations are released. Costs that cannot be confirmed after an interruption remain reserved pending review. A project stops when it cannot reserve enough credit for its next operation.
Preview and download delivery uses additional credit, including repeat transfers. Editing and exporting your own file locally has no processing charge but requires available paid credit. Deleting projects does not undo costs already incurred.
Exports are stored for 14 days. Download files you want to keep. Projects support videos up to 120 minutes and up to 25 clips, subject to the selected spending limit. Automatic social publishing is not included.
Refunds and payment disputes adjust the credit balance. Contact support about billing errors, refunds or pending cost checks.
Verified accounts can create a referral link without buying credit. Links and referral attribution do not expire. New customers must sign up through a valid link; their first recorded referral stays attached to future eligible credit top-ups. Referrers earn 5% of eligible confirmed top-up payments, excluding refunded or disputed amounts. Rewards clear after 14 days. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and abusive referrals are not eligible.
Cleared earnings may be transferred to ClipForge credit from £5 or requested as a UK bank withdrawal from £10. Bank withdrawal requests are reviewed and paid manually; no instant payment is promised. Payment reversals reduce rewards, including after withdrawal, and may offset future earnings. Credit transfers are not cash payments. Payout account holders must match the referrer and be verified before payment.

Features that depend on third-party providers, platform permissions, external processing infrastructure or account approval may be unavailable when those services are not configured or are interrupted.
